Teaching Methodology
The system consists of lectures, group discussions, case studies, projects, presentations, and practical demos in simulated industry conditions.
The curriculum is imparted through an interdisciplinary thrust for systematic learning. The course is broken into a series of semesters, each comprising of a set of subjects and learning experiences. The state of the art equipment and machinery at the institute together with field visits to the factories for studying the apparel manufacturing system and fashion design enhances and reinforces classroom learning and enlarges the horizons of their experience.
LEARNING BY DOING
The students are graded on the basis of the final examinations held at the end of each semester as well as a host of regular assignments, projects, presentations, participation in seminars and class room lectures.
